Name: Njord Leifson
Race: Human(Slightly enhanced) - Bound with the spirits of 6 Demons Each granting their own traits during their awakening (The source of Njord's inhuman abilities)
Each demons' name is tattooed on Njord's back with the demon that is awakening glowing like fire. The names are tattooed in the ancient language.
In human form: Njord is no different than another well trained warrior in peak condition. He is strong and fit but not beyond what years of hard training and effort could achieve for a member of his people.
With Void: Able to blend into dark environments and manipulate darkness(must be in contact with a part of the darkness or shadow/can not manipulate the shadows of the living), Armor functions like a living creature and can slowly drain away life force. Sources of light weaken him in this form and can even cause pain or real damage if the source is bright enough. Void can not awaken in the presence of sunlight when the sun is at its' peak.
With Morthal: Able to manipulate fire, heat, and plasma. Weakened by water or lack of enough air to sustain the flames that wreath his body. While in this form he can teleport with a range of 100 ft but must wait at least 30 minutes, with the time lowering by 10 minutes for every 20 feet closer to his original location, before attempting within this range, teleporting further leads to exhaustion and or the possibility of death. Morthal is the most easily susceptible to magic.
With R'shk: Able to manipulate earth, stone, crystals, and metal. Powers weaken when not in contact with the ground. Immense physical strength and damage resistance even compared to the others.
With Grensk: Able to manipulate water, ice, and fluids(can not effect the fluids of living creatures that contain life energy ie blood). Able to change shape but will always appear to be made of the same substance. High heat can weaken him in this form.
With Zelv: Able to manipulate air, wind, and gaseous substances. Can fly and alter size and shape. High heat and cold can cause lethargy as they adversely effect his density which forces him to readjust himself to maintain his form.
Njord - Young and eager to prove himself as a warrior Njord is an individual that does not begrudge his fate and instead strives to do what he can to change it. Harboring no personal rancor for his unwanted "guests" he maintains a strong sense of self and is seldom one to complain. Despite the fact that he can often be seen with a gentle smile on his face Njord finds small talk moot, a fact that Void appreciates as he himself prefers silence and calm. Njord has a three objects of adoration in his life at the moment; battle, ale, and celebrations(A fact that Void....does not like as Njord is prone to singing the drinking songs of his native people). A strong sense of honor Njord refuses to fight those who are not warriors themselves and never allows the involvement of bystanders, especially children.
General traits of the demons - Although they are called demons the 5 imprisoned in Njord are simply elemental beings/spirits that were cursed along with Njord when they had attempted to defend Njords homeland from an unknown attacker(I'll live this one up to you Aries). They themselves are not inherently evil but DO have their own peculiarities. Despite their tendency towards neutrality they each do look fairly fearsome.
Void - Almost always silent and stoic, Void seldom seeks control unless a fight has become so loud he can not stand it any longer(despite the fact that he is the most patient of the 5). He rarely speaks but often speaks with a great deal of symbolism, in riddles, or even responds with a single word. He is blunt when he finally concedes to socialize. He has a fondness for art and writing and often Njord will flip through books as Void rapidly reads.
Morthal - Energetic and prone to do what he pleases at whatever his whim happens to be at the time, Morthal is the most mercurial of the 5. Given his fire element affiliation he tends to "burn out" more quickly than any of the others when he takes control. Considering his high energy nature it is no surprise that Morthal is thoroughly fond of both food and cooking and during calm periods often chimes a suggestion or two to Njord when he is preparing meals, these always turn out to be well thought out and absolutely delicious suggestions. Morthal has the greatest nuanced control of his element but being that he is bound to Njords' energy reserves instead of his own can not sustain his own control let alone abilities in combat for an excessive amount of time.
R'shk - Stable and steadfast, R'shk is the slowest the anger of the group but also the slowest to calm once enraged. He tends to think thoroughly before making a hasty decision and is the first one Njord consults for advice. Being a creature of stability and patience R'shk tends to be more adept at reading others and often sees things the others miss, although he does not always voice his observations to avoid making hasty statements. Has a fondness for wood carving although his size makes him only able to carve things the size of totem poles.
Grensk - Grensk while almost as calm as R'shk, as energetic as Morthal, and as adventurous as Zelv, isn't prone to fits of negative emotions as much as the others tending to maintain an even mood through out. He tends to be more merciful when it comes to dealing with surrendering enemies and his views of combat coincide very well with Njords' own beliefs. Has a fondness for Ice sculptures and making different beverages(no he doesn't consider the drinking of fluids to be the same as if he were to be eaten errrr drunk)
Zelv - With an energetic personality that compliments Morthal, Zelv tends towards a more positive attitude more closely to Gransk and is the only one aside from Njord to be able to calm R'shk when he has finally reached his breaking point. Zelv tends to have a flighty personality much like a child with ADD but is intensely perceptive about what is happening around them. The most talkative of the bunch he makes full use of a spirits' ability to communicate(through a sort of telepathy, the receiving party must be willing to speak in order for the contact to be maintained) with the others, Njord, and those they come in contact with, although Void thinks he's incapable of shutting his wind hole.
Bio: Njord was born in a village far north where his father first taught him to forge weapons and armor as each member of his people destined to be a warrior would learn the craft first so they might one day forge their own weapons as extensions of their own soul. A mysterious being(s)/person(s) attacked the village on the eve of Njords 12th birthday during which he implored the 5 guardian demons of the land to help him save his village. The spirits acquiesced and led by Void joined Njord to fight of the attacker(s). Njord is unable what happened but awoke with the spirits bound to him and the village needing repairs but saved. He continued his training and now that he has completed it journeys to the tower to see if he could find a way to free the guardian spirits from his body, find anything to determine who and/or what attacked his village so long ago, and regain his lost memories of the battle.
